背景

 

腎損傷(shang) 分子-1(Kim-1)，又稱T細胞免疫球蛋白和粘蛋白結構域1(Tim-1)和HAV細胞受體(ti) 1(AVCR 1)，是一種廣泛表達的蛋白。 腎髒和睾丸。它作為(wei) 人類哮喘、過敏和自身免疫的易感基因，發揮著重要的作用。Kim-1參與(yu) 了急性腎損傷(shang) 的發病機製。一直是 金-1是人類尿腎功能障礙的生物標誌物。

 

試驗原理

標本收集

 

在通過批準的技術采集樣本之前，不需要對病人進行事先的特殊準備。

 

新鮮的晨尿更好。尿液可儲(chu) 存在2-8°C至3天，以防檢測延誤。長期儲(chu) 存時，將標本在-20°C冷凍3個(ge) 月，或-70°C冷凍更長時間。 周期.

 

應避免試樣反複凍融。

 

不要使用溶血，凝塊，汙染，脂肪和粘稠/混濁的標本。

貯存

 

在室溫下將卡片儲(chu) 存在原來的包裝中。本產(chan) 品從(cong) 認證日期起穩定18個(ge) 月。建議不要冷凍帶材。

 

程序限製

 

該試驗用於(yu) 定性檢測人尿液中的Kim-1，但並不表示Kim-1的數量。

 

該測試僅(jin) 用於(yu) 研究，不應用於(yu) 診斷。

 

與(yu) 所有快速試驗一樣，確定的臨(lin) 床診斷不應以單一試驗的結果為(wei) 基礎，而應在對所有臨(lin) 床發現進行評估之後作出。

在執行測試前仔細閱讀說明。

 

遵循標準的實驗室程序和生物安全指南，並將所有人體(ti) 標本作為(wei) 潛在的傳(chuan) 染性處理。在整個(ge) 過程中戴上手套。
