多克隆兔純化抗體(ti)


貓。第143 003號	50μg特異性抗體(ti) ，凍幹。用免疫原純化親(qin) 和力。加入兔血清白蛋白用於(yu) 穩定化。用於(yu) 重構添加50微升水中₂ O操作得到在TBS一個(ge) 1mg / ml的溶液。然後等分並儲(chu) 存在-20°C直至使用。
應用	WB：1：100至1：5000（AP染色）印跡 IP：是 ICC：1：1000 圖像 IHC：1：100 圖像 IHC-P / FFPE：尚未測試
免疫原	對應於(yu) 來自大鼠Erc1b的AA 939至948的合成肽（UniProt Id：Q811U3-1）
反應	與(yu) 人反應（Q8IUD2，O15083），大鼠（Q811U3，Q8K3M6），小鼠（Q99MI1，Q6PH08），倉(cang) 鼠。沒有信號：斑馬魚。尚未測試的其他物種。
