描述

儲(chu) 存/處理：收到後，在-20°C下等分並儲(chu) 存KeraFectagen試劑A，避免反複凍融。解凍後，將KeraFectagen試劑A保存在4°C並在一個(ge) 月內(nei) 使用。KeraFectagen試劑B可保持在4°C。

質量控製：每批KeraFectagen都通過用Promega®ρSV-bata-Galactosidase控製載體(ti) 轉染人表皮角質形成細胞（HEK，目錄號SC2100）進行性能測試。轉染後24小時通過X-gal染色測定基因表達。通常，可以實現40-60％的轉染效率。
