NIST Standard Reference Materials(簡稱SRMs )是美國國家標準局（NIST）製定的“標準參照樣品（SRM）”，共有1100多種，每種標樣都有美國國家標準局的詳細分析報告和用途說明，SRM標準參照樣品的適用範圍：（1）幫助開發準確的分析方法，（2）用於(yu) 校正檢測儀(yi) 器、質量控製和測定檢出極限，（3）保證檢測方法的可靠性和長久穩定性。
